Welcome to the Bluewater Villas Homeowners Association’s newly updated web site. Our fifteen story oceanfront building is located at 2001 South Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Our homeowners are convinced that we have created one of the finest “home away from home” environments along the Southeastern Atlantic Ocean coastline.

Our Association comprises three residential buildings, and a six story tall parking garage. Our property has six pools, five Jacuzzis, a lazy river, sauna, indoor racquetball court. Be sure to watch the sun rise from the blue Atlantic, or set over the western horizon. This is a place where your family can enjoy nature as well as luxurious accommodations in the Bluewater Resort.

The Bluewater Villas Board of Directors is constantly striving for new ways of communicating with our homeowners and guests. It is our sincere desire that this web site will be a useful tool to accomplish this tremendous task.
